Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' (in the top right of the page) and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payments via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping is free for all mainland UK orders over £100. Orders less than £100 incur a delivery charge of a flat £5. Mainland UK Saturday deliveries are £15. Deliveries to none mainland UK addresses are £10, or £20 for a Saturday delivery. If you wish to have an item delivered to a non UK address please contact us.

Delivery Schedule
Delivery is usually next working day, but this isn't guaranteed. Sometimes an item may be out of stock and if so delivery will, of course, take longer. If you need delivery by a certain date please call us BEFORE ordering.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
We accept secure online payments through PayPal (including credit cards, bank transfers and debit cards) as well as postal payments by cheque. djDevices.com take credit card security very seriously. For that reason we have chosen to use PayPal to process all of our online credit card transactions.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee and most will come with a manufacturers guarantee on top of that.

In the unlikley event that a product is faulty then you can return the item to us. We will send you a replacement asap - usualy within a few days.

djDevices.com do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
If the product you buy from us is not suitable, or you have simply changed your mind, you can return it to us within 7 days. We will refund the money you paid, less the cost to us of delivery. The goods must be un-opened, un-used, and in their original packaging, complete with any supplied accessories. This does not apply to Cartridges & Styli or the Vestax VRX-2000.
