FEATURES OF THE VESTAX CDR-07 CD PLAYER / RECORDER\n\nEnhanced Input and Output section\nThe analog input/output section of the Vestax CDR-07 comes with variable connections. Simply plug in your mic, electric guitar, bass guitar, turntable, CD player or cassette deck directly into MIC/INST or PHONO/LINE input and record. The Output comes with MONITOR OUT and headphone connections to monitor the analog input sound, apart from the normal LINE OUT. Vestax CDR-07's digital connections come with COAXIAL digital input/output (IEC60958 TYPE II) and DIGITAL THROUGH OUT. This output not only sends out the digital input, but converts analog to digital allowing you to record with over digital devices at the same time.\n\nMulti Track numbering system\nThis enables DJs and musicians to number tracks during non-stop mixes and live performances. Auto track mode allows 2 ways to number tracks; auto level mode, which numbers tracks automatically by searching the start point of the track and incriminating the number, and time stamp mode which numbers tracks automatically at a set time. Another option for those who would like to number tracks at their preference point is a foot switch which can be used to set the number while you're playing.\n\nRecorder Section\nThe Vestax CDR-07's newly designed CD record mechanism has been upgraded to a more specific device for music sources, loaded with a 24bit A/D/A converter, which makes the Vestax CDR-07 more advanced and reliable than a normal data writer. Reads and plays CD-R, CD-R-DA, CD-RW and CD-RW-DA.The rewrite section allows users to erase the whole disc or only the following tracks after the selected one and also un-finalizes discs with its un-finalize function for free music production.\n\nProfessional DJ Interface\nBack cue, pitch bend and scratch with the touch switch JOG wheel. If you want specific nuances and control for scratching, connect the Vestax TT-M1 to the TT-LINK on the rear panel and attach it to a PDX turntable. You will have full control of the sound source and the CD with the turntable, like you do with vinyl.\n\nPitch Control &Independent key control\nPitch ranges are selectable from (0, +/-6, 10,50, 100%), equipped with a 100mm stroke pitch fader for fine adjustments and long mixes. The JOG wheel has +/-10% key control that allows you to adjust the sound in the mix, and to give vocal sounds a harmonized effect.\n\nMaster Tempo\nMaster Tempo changes the tempo of the track with out changing the tune, in a speed range of +/-6,10 and 50%. Master tempo can also be used directly record from instruments and mics to make training tracks.\n\nDISC MEMORY\nA feature beloved by mobile DJs that saves up to 100tracks worth of track lists, CUE points and LOOP points. The data recalls instantly when the same CD is played again. (Savable Data: DISC ID, CUE points, LOOP points, BRAKE, Master tempo, Play mode and TAP)\n\nSAMPLER\nMaximum of 8 seconds sampling, with ability to layer the sound over the current playing track. CD's can be changed without fading the outro, by using the sampling loop function.\n\nCUE POINT\n4 cue points can be set out via 2 means of selection (last start position or pause position). CUE 1,2,3 can be played instantly with the CUE play mode, just like using a sampler.\n\nSOUND\nVESTAX has developed a new CD filter with its knowledge of analog records. This new filter creates the warmth of vinyl with a phat and deep sound, keeping specific sound qualities even when, it's used with kW grade SR systems.\n\nMP3\nMP3 readable with the 320kbps MP3 encoder. Features such as scratching, sampling, looping and pitch controlling that were once only a computers job, is now operational with the CDR-07.\n\nDigital effector and BPM counter\nFlanger, Filter and Digital Delay (max 3.5sec) effects built in.
